Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kluvit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kluvit. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Kluvit is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Post content that is abusive, hateful, or harasses other users
• Attempt to manipulate XP, streaks, or leaderboards through automation or exploits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, comments, challenge descriptions). By posting, you grant Kluvit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Kluvit may connect to third-party services (Strava, Apple Health, Hevy, Adidas Running). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. Kluvit is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.

7. In-App Purchases

Certain premium features or virtual items may require payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices may change with notice. Virtual items and XP have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

8. Health Disclaimer

Kluvit is a habit-tracking and gamification app, not a medical application. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. Kluvit is not responsible for any injury or health outcome resulting from activities logged in the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in Kluvit are the property of Kluvit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kluvit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, XP, or streaks due to technical issues.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
